Ford Motor Co. was behind some of the most potent factory super cars on the planet like the 1970 J Code Torino Cobra. Extreme attention to detail would be an understatement to describe the condition level of this particular Cobra that literally looks like it just rolled off the  showroom floor in 1970.




The 70 Ram Air 429 Cobra was jam packed wih big league perfomance was nothing less than a thinly disguised race car. The performance hardware on the J Code Cobra were similar to the hard parts found on the Torino race car with the end result being a 13 second 1/4 mile car right off the dealership floor. This is a turn-key, fully sorted car and with only show miles driven since restored, runs and drives like a new car with absolutely no issues whatsoever.










No compromise attention to detail was given to every exterior component on this particular Cobra including the paint that's been show quality PPG Base/Cleared in desirable Grabber Green (originally Pastel Blue) color sanded and high speed polished to a mirror finish right through to the underside of the doors. Perfect Carlite glass, triple plate chrome, NOS exterior stainless and pristine Magnum 500 wheels finalize an exterior package that literally looks like a rolling house of mirrors.


This is a documented Atlanta built, DSO 22 Charlotte plant Cobra with a build date of Oct/1969 that still retains its original Atlanta sheet metal, complete original numbers matching drivetrain and includes picture documentation for restoration work completed. As well every other drivetrain component is original to this car from it's C6 transmisson back to it's 3.50 axle.
