Wrapped in 60's drag race packaging, this tribute is faithful to the way the original Yenko S/C was built through to it's air induction fiberglass hood. In historic muscle car terms, the 67 Yenko Camaro is one of the rarest dealership supercars ever produced with only 54 built and 10 known to exsist and at fraction of the cost of an actual Yenko this is your opportunity to get into the supercar mix without winning the Powerball lottery.
The 67 427 Yenko Camaro was one of the most banzai street cars to roll off a showroom floor with performance capabilities that bordered on the edge of street legality. Guaged against modern day iron, this car has the mojo to go toe to toe with a C6 Corvette.
The fit and panel alignment on this particular Camaro is nothing short of perfect and showcased with a paint finish that's world class right through to the underside of the trunk lid. From a detail and overall quality standpoint this Camaro is nice enough to be on the short list as one of the absolute best first generation Camaros we've ever had in our inventory.
Where this Camaro makes no excuses in is it's condition level with show quality attention to detail paid to every exterior and drivetrain component with the end result being a car that runs and drives better than new. As well this car has only test miles driven since completion of a rotisserie restoration in 2013 and includes receipts and references for all work completed. For further information on this particular Camaro feel free to contact us at (604) 617 2225.
The perfect exterior is complimented by an equally as perfect interior that's flawless courtesy of Classic Industries from the headliner right through to the inside of the glove box. Every aspect of this interior is as close to day one new you can get short of buying a brand new car with everything in working order down to it's original Delco AM radio.
Don't look for air conditioning or power windows here, this interior is accessorized in the name of going in a straight line really fast with options that include: Hurst 4 speed, power disc brakes, N44 quick response variable ratio steering, 9K Stewart Warner tach & guages and RPO D55 floor console
The L72 427 was a blueprint for speed turning the lightweight Camaro into a 12 second 1/4 mile car right out of the dealership. This is a correct solid lifter L72 427 that still wears it's original 780 Holley carburetor, Hi flow exhaust manifolds and Winters aluminum intake with everything professionaly balanced and rebuilt to exact factory 425HP specifications with bills to show. See restoration details below.
